Nashville Freestyle Dance

There is something that happens in dance that's purely kinetic. I experience myself in ways that I don't elsewhere. A part of me is dance. It waited for me to unravel it, for it to be seen and known and remembered and wanted. Now it guides me back, and into this offering. If you're called, please join.

This dance is going to line up with a panel discussion on plant medicine. There will be a one hour break in between and no expectation to attend both events. If you'd like to hang out between, please bring a dish to share in the break (1-2pm) and we can eat and be marry before the discussion from 2-4pm. Herbal elixirs are available for purchase from the apothecary.
